Tina Tian | Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Ms. Tian is a Sponsor Principal of Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission. She has over 15 years of fund, investment banking and M&A experience.
Ms. Tian is a founder of JHIF. She held positions in the private equity division of CITIC Capital Limited and the investment banking division of SinoPac Securities (Asia). In 2011, Ms. Tian joined a Hong Kong investment bank, namely Success New Spring Capital, as its founding team member. In 2017, Ms. Tian joined Shang International Finance Limited, a Chinese capital investment bank managing assets over RMB30 billion, as its head of investment banking division.
Ms. Tian is specialised in Hong Kong IPO sponsorship, overseas listings, underwriting/fund raising and M&A projects. She has also provided various investment banking services to different listed companies in Hong Kong, including advisories on very substantial acquisitions or disposals, major transactions, connected transactions, general offers, reverse takeovers, etc.. Ms. Tian also participated in numerous PE investment projects in consumption goods and manufacturing industries, including Hayao, Guan Sheng Yuan, Yahua Dairy, Fuwa Heavy Industry, etc..
Ms. Tian obtained a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Michael Wong | Managing Director

Mr. Wong is a Responsible Officer of Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission with sole capacity to advise on transactions relating to the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs. He has about 20 years of experience in the fields of investment banking and private equity.
Mr. Wong is currently the Managing Director of JHIF. Before joining JHIF, Mr. Wong held senior positions in the investment banking division of Founder Securities (Hong Kong) Capital Company Limited and China Securities (International) Corporate Finance Company Limited. Mr. Wong also worked in the investment banking division of different overseas reputable banks including DBS Bank and Piper Jaffray Asia Limited.
Mr. Wong has participated in various types of corporate finance transactions including IPOs, M&As, general offers (GOs), corporate restructuring, privatisation and other advisory and takeovers codes transactions.
Mr. Wong obtained a degree of Bachelor of Business Administration (Honors) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Ms. Hui is a Sponsor Principal of Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activity licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission, with accounting background and has over 11 years of investment banking and M&A experience.
Before joining JHIF, she joined the founding team of a Hong Kong investment bank, namely Success New Spring Capital, in 2011. She joined the investment banking division of Ever-Long Securities and Shang International in 2017 and 2018 respectively and assisted the two securities firms in building and managing sponsor teams.
Ms. Hui has provided professional IPO sponsorship services to companies of different scales and various industries. A sponsorship involving new listing of a media and publishing company handled by her in 2018 has become one of the most public subscriptions (over 6,000 times) for IPO in Hong Kong history. She is also specialised in corporate finance advisory and listed companies’ compliance transactions and assisted clients in completing numerous mergers and acquisitions, very substantial acquisitions or disposals, major transactions, connected transactions, etc..
Ms. Hui obtained a degree of BBA (Hons) in Accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
